Q. What is self storage?
A. Self Storage is a service offering a secure storage solution to both residential and business users that they control themselves. Premier Self Storage offers clean, dry and secure storage units that only you have access to after you lock your unit.

Q. What is the availability of the facility?
A. Premier Self Storage gate hours are 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. When you become a customer, you will create a unique gate code to gain access to the facility during these gate hours. Extended access hours are available for a fee.

Q. What size storage unit do I need?
A. If you are unsure which size storage unit you will need, you can refer to our size estimator. Keep in mind that it will also depend on if you plan on having shelves in your unit, or if you plan on leaving room in between your items for easy access. You can always contact our knowledgeable Store Manager to assist you in determining what unit size will fit your needs best.

Q. Can I change the size of my unit if my storage needs change?
A. You will always have the option of changing to a larger or smaller unit if your storage needs change. Our Store Manager will be able to find a suitable storage unit for you.

Q. Do I need a lock for my unit?
A. Yes, you can purchase a lock at Premier Self Storage. No one else will have the key -- you will be the only one that has keys for the lock on your unit.

Q. What about insurance?
A. Premier Self Storage offers an insurance option for your stored items for an additional fee. If you are interested in insuring your stored items, our Store Manager will be able to help you.

Q. How long do I have to rent a unit for?
A. Our units are rented on a month-to-month basis. Your lease will automatically renew itself each month until you provide proper notice to us when you plan to vacate your unit.

Q. How do I pay my monthly bill?
A. Premier Self Storage offers you several methods of paying your monthly payment. Payment can be made by check, credit card or cash. Automatic payments can be set up using your credit card or checking account, if you wish to do so. Payment may also be made by visiting our website at www.premierselfstorage.us.
